Guarantee registration

All of the products we offer have a standard 24-month manufacturer's or Polish distributor's guarantee.

Cooperating with the best product suppliers in the market, we offer the full aftersales support. Because the satisfaction of our customers with the use of electronic equipment purchased in our salons is the most important for us, for the majority of the audio/video equipment sold by us we offer special guarantee terms for selected products of the following brands that you can find in our offer:

  • 5 years of guarantee for speakers: CANTON, DALI, FOCAL (passive speakers), SONUS FABER, WHARFEDALE (apart from the Crystal and Vardus lines)
  • 3 years of guarantee for products: BOSTON ACOUSTICS (speakers), DENON (apart from headphones), FOCAL (electronics, i.e. sound bars, subwoofers, active speakers), MARANTZ, WHARFEDALE (only the Crystal and Vardus lines), WILSON
  • 2 years of guarantee for products: ALPHASON, DENON (headphones), DENON Professional, FOCAL (headphones, accessories), ION, JAYS, MARANTZ Professional, MONSTER, NAIM, NETATMO, OPTOMA, SONOS, SUMIKO, WADIA. Wharfedale Professional.

Terms of guarantee services

  1. The guarantee shall be provided for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
  2. Any defects discovered during the guarantee period shall be removed within a period no longer than 14 days counting from the date of acceptance of the equipment into the service.
  3. Should it be necessary to import parts from abroad, the time of repair shall be extended by the time required to import the parts. The customer will be informed about he expected time of repair of the equipment due to the need to import parts from abroad.
  4. The repair under guarantee shall be carried out after the presentation of:
    - a guarantee document concerning the defective equipment, signed by the customer
    - a valid proof of purchase with the visible date of sale
  5. The fact and date of repair is confirmed by the service in the guarantee document.
  6. The customer has the right to request the replacement of goods with new ones if:
    - during the guarantee period the service will carry out 3 repairs of the same defect, and the equipment still shows a defect which makes it impossible to use it in accordance with its purpose,
    - the service has stated in writing that it is impossible to remove the defect.
  7. If after the terms specified in paragraph 6 have been met the replacement of the equipment for new one is not possible, the customer shall have the right to receive a refund of the amount paid.
  8. Damage caused by normal wear (drive belts, light bulbs, reader lasers, etc.) shall not be covered by the guarantee.
  9. Damage concerning drive belts, light bulbs, reader lasers shall not be covered by the guarantee.
  10. Damage caused by external reasons, such as: mechanical damage, contamination, flooding, atmospheric discharges, power surges, equipment installation and software updates not in compliance with instructions, and handling not in compliance with instructions, damage to speakers due to signal overload, amplifier or signal source oscillations appearance of direct current on the amplifier out socket shall not be covered by the guarantee.
  1. The condition for the customer invoking rights arising from this guarantee is the equipment being used, maintained and stored in the manner determined in the user manual.
  2. The guarantee does not include damage arising from the customer failing to provide appropriate protection for the equipment during transport, in particular taking out, putting in and carrying the equipment.
  3. The guarantee also does not cover damage occurring as a result of the equipment being used not in accordance with its purpose. This reservation also includes the use of amateur equipment for professional purposes. This type of damage may be removed at the customer's expense.
  4. The guarantee does include damage resulting from technical parameters of the product, provided that these are compliant with those stated by the manufacturer in the user manual.
  5. The service has the right to refuse the performance of a guarantee repair in the case where:
    1. a contradiction is found between the data arising from documents and those on the equipment,
    2. seals have been disturbed or broken,
    3. repairs have been carried out previous by the customer himself,
    4. construction changes have been made, including alterations and adaptations of the equipment.
  6. The refusal to carry out a guarantee repair is tantamount to losing the guarantee.
  7. The above terms of guarantee do not limit and do not suspend the Buyer's rights arising from the incompliance of goods with the agreement.
  8. The refusal to carry out the guarantee repair for reasons specified in paragraph 15 subparagraphs b)-d) is tantamount to losing the guarantee.
